Her clients included JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Reed Elsevier/Lexis Nexis, American Express, New York Life, and AIG. Additionally, she was the Director of Real Estate for Time Inc.
Ms. Suskin has a master’s degree in Real Estate from The Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University and a BS-BA degree from Boston University.

What advice do you have for a new CoreNet member/volunteer? Join a committee and get involved you will meet wonderful people.
What is your ideal “fake sick day”? A day at the beach, and then 9 holes of golf in the late afternoon.
Abbye helped us locate, negotiate and transact on healthcare space in Westchestester. Would happily use her again or recommend her to a colleage. Having dealt with multiple commercial brokers over the past few months, I find myself more appreciative of her efforts to assist in negotiating an agreement that extracts value for us as clients. She is a client focused service provider. Finding space and market access is no longer the main source of value that a broker provides. It's supporting the transaction process.
